The audiobook edition of Up-ending Tad, Bundle 1 by Kora Knight includes the first three stories of Up-ending Tad: A Journey of Erotic Discovery #1-3 and is read by Michael Pauley. If you enjoyed reading this series as I did, then you’ve got to give the audio version a try. If you’re prepared to have your mind blown, then by all means dive right in!Hot, hot, smokin’ hot, and if I haven’t stressed it enough, this story is HOT. This is erotica of the finest quality; add in adorable way these two guys fall for each other, and Up-ending Tad is one of the most enjoyable series out there.Kora Knight has these two characters down. Both guys are kinda macho, and when they get all nervous, “gosh, does he really like me?” my heart just melts. Scott’s seduction and Tad’s acquiesce work perfectly together, and I was rooting for them from the get-go.One of my all time favorite narrators, I never doubted that Michael Pauley was going to rock this one. There’s a reason I call him a virtuoso of erotica, he adds more to a love scene than anyone else I know. Pauley has a keen ability to really understand the characters and where a story is going. He doesn’t over-act, just keeps it sexy and builds the tension sloooowly till it reaches the inevitable pinnacle we’re all waiting for.There’s so much to love about the audiobook version of Up-ending Tad. This is pure down and dirty erotica, with the sweetest gay-for-you romance blended in. Whether you’re a fan of the books like I am, or discovering this series for the first time, the combination of Kora Knight’s beautiful writing and Michael Pauley’s gorgeous voice is going to give you hours of pleasure.I received this audiobook at my request and I chose to write a review This series was a bit of a surprise to me - a good one. It actually contains some of the best (and most humorous) banter between the two leads Scott and Tad (and mostly during sex). Not just cliché banter but actually taking each man's character into consideration. Whoda thunk you'd get that with a subject that touched on BDSM? Scott is very funny, very sexy. On the flip side of the humor are two men trying to figure things out. Scott knows who he is but he can't quite get Tad on the same page and much to his credit he let's Tad find his way (that's not to say that Scott doesn't take advantage of any opportunity brought on by Tad). But there's a sad acceptance as he watches Tad struggle with his sexuality. Tad is confused so he ends up sitting on the fence about his growing, puzzling feelings for Scott. I don't totally understand the dynamics of BDSM and why some people are drawn to it but to each his own. I'm also not too sure what's going on in some of the scenes (I lose track of the body parts and who's doing what to whom...LOL) but I must say the sex scenes are absolutely exhausting and at times I had to take a break from the intensity and run back to my favorite Adrien English stories (by Josh Lanyon) for reassurance. Let it be said in Ms. Knight's book the writing is not unlike orgasm itself. I like Scott and Tad and I want to find out more about them...and see if Scott can get that first kiss from Tad.
